And now,Sister Wivesfans are getting an inside look at how their fairytale wedding day went down.
On Tuesday, TLC unveiled the official teaser trailer forSister Wives – Christine and David’s Wedding Special, showing viewers the lead-up to the romantic affair as well as the ceremony, itself. Throughout the two-part special’s first look, Christine is living her absolute best life.
“I’m ready to get married!” Christine, 51, shouts excitedly as she’s seen walking with her wedding dress in hand.
Christine’s family and loved ones are showing their support along the way. As her mother is shown expressing how “excited” she is for the big day, her former sister wifeJanelle Browngushes over the couple being “openly affectionate” with one another.
“[It] soothes that wound that Kody inflicted,” Janelle, 54, says.
Christine is ready to “let the party begin.” While on a boat with some of her wedding attendees, they cheer her on to chug what appears to be an unmarked alcoholic beverage.
“I’m excited to say ‘I do,'” Christine later tells her daughterMykelti Brown Padron. “And he’s excited to say ‘I do’ to anything I want.”
But not everyone is as excited — or, for that matter, even invited to the fun-filled bash.Meri Brown, who had a strained bond with the bridebefore their respective splitsfrom Kody, says: “I know Christine’s getting married soon. I don’t know exactly when it is.”

Kody, 54, also chimes in with his two cents about his ex-wife’s milestone.
“I knew David and Christine were going to get married,” he begins. “She made the accusation that I had—”
Ignoring the naysayers, Christine says she’s “overwhelmed with happiness” as she prepares to walk down the aisle.

After announcingher separation from Kodyin November 2021, Christine eventually found love again with David, 59. Sheconfirmed their relationshipin February andannounced their engagementin April.
Christine and Davidtied the knotin October during a ceremony held in Moab, Utah. There were 330 guests in attendance.
“It’s a fairytale,” Christine told PEOPLE at the time. “It’s everything I never thought I would have. I get to walk down the aisle to David, him just looking at me the way that he does, it’s a dream come true.”
