Mia shared the news on social media Saturday, alongside a photo of the lateYoung & the Restlessstar posing on the red carpet with his two daughters.
“I’m out of the hospital. I’m sorry if I scared anyone,” she wrote. “Let’s plz focus on the wellness of his precious girls Lols & Paris.”
“They love their father so much, the beautiful, loving, funny soul that he was/is,” she continued, adding a green heart emoji. “#MentalHealth is all we have, nothing else is important.”
Kristoff also shares daughter Paris with Mia, as well as daughter Lola with ex-wife Allana Nadal.

On Sunday — one week after Kristoff’s death at the age of 52 — Mia shared another series of photos of the late actor as she praised him for all he did to help others.
“Remembering @kristoffstjohn1 giving back & all he did for others 💚He loved these kids🙏🏼 Free acting & self expression classes,” she wrote, tagging the non-profit organizationStep Up on Second, which provides support for individuals experiencing mental health issues and chronic homelessness. She also taggedDaniel’s Place, one of Step Up’s programs.
In addition to his ex-wife’s touching tributes, the late soap star’s fiancée shared aheartbreaking poston Sunday, as she continued tomournthe loss of her husband-to-be, whoannounced their engagementin September.
“You were the light for me and for many people, you were the kindest person I’ve ever met,” Russian-born model Kseniya Mikhaleva wrote on Instagram, alongside a photo of the pair smiling and embracing each other.
“You were a talented actor, a loving father, and a friend with a golden heart. Your soul and spirit always with me. I wish I could have been there to let you know how much you mean to me. You are deep in my heart,” she continued. ”Im praying for your family. Rest in paradise RIP.”
Shortly after news of St. John’s death broke, Mikhaleva posted and then deleted another Instagram tribute.
“How did it happen ??? How ??? Why did you leave so early ???? and left me alone ….. I can’t believe 💔💔💔💔,” she captioned a photo of the actor, who played Neil Winters on the long-running soap, kissing her forehead. “You were everything to me.”
She also wrote in two Instagram Stories: “So early…..so early,” with a crying face emoji and a red heart, and, “Why you are leave so early????Why…..you are always in my heart,” with a broken heart emoji.

The two-time Emmy Award-winning actor was found dead last Sunday in his home in the San Fernando Valley.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a death investigation took place at around 2:05 p.m. for a possible alcohol overdose at the 2300 block of Morea Way. According toTMZ, which first reported the news, the actor’s body was found after one of his friends went to check on him at his home.
PEOPLE previously reported that anautopsy has been completed, but that a cause of death has been deferred pending additional results.The Blastreports that this includes a toxicology report.
