You cognise how it is when a boastful blockbuster is on the horizon – toy tie - ins everywhere ! Avengers : Age Of Ultron is no exclusion . Sometimes these areprettydamngreat , but sometimes … sometimes they are like these Hot Wheels toys .
Let ’s start with the less weird one , pictured above , the ‘ Tower Takeover Track Set ’ , which sees Ultron attacking the Avengers tug , and being stopped by … an Iron Man - themed railroad car ? Here ’s the description :
Ultron has taken over Avengers Tower and is threaten anyone who come his way . Wind up the motor to typeset Ultron in motion . Then use the multispeed launcher to send your Iron Man car welt around the track at lightning - loyal speed . Uh - oh . Will Iron Man or Ultron gain ground this showdown ? Time it wrong and Ultron will beam his hefty robot arms swinging back and away to fling you off the rails ! Get your speed and timing in good order and carry through the day , defeating Ultron and making him burst . With so much at stake , it ’s a tickle action - pack dangerous undertaking from beginning to end !
So basically , it ’s toss a machine at a spinning fulcrum of Iron Man and Ultron . Somehow I do not think this one is movie accurate , but then again – I totally could imagine Tony get an Iron Man theme car . But the fun and/or weirdness does n’t stop there !
Somehow , this is the 2nd Quinjet miniature we ’ve seen that launch a wheel out of itself , and yet neither have really used the theatrical role we ’ve meet doing that in the movie , Black Widow . I ’m not sure why . But anyway , aside from the everlasting absurdity of Iron Man needing to launch himself on a motorbike , why does Tony look so … shapely in that armor ? you could totally make out Iron Man ’s butt chap . Why . Also what the hell is that piece LITERALLY STICKING OUT OF branding iron MAN ’S SHAPELY BUTT . These are the things that keep me alive at nighttime , naturally .
Both these two sets come out in May , but if you ’re yearning for your moving-picture show ware right now despite say movie being five month forth , apparently you could get Age of Ultron toys in stores right now .
