From NOAA : Heavy snow is portend for downwind area of the Great Lakes area from Tuesday into Wednesday with the eastern shoring of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario interpret impressive snow sum keen than 18 inch in limited band near Fredonia and Watertown , New York .
