Today at Maker Faire 2008 , MacGyver creator ( and real life inspiration)Lee David Zlotoffannounced he has a large budget MacGyver picture show in the planning stages .
Zlotoff mentioned he somehow ended up with the pic right years ago ( extremely uncommon ) , giving him full command over the motion picture . While few specifics were bring up , and no schematic announcement has been made , its super promising that the man with the power to make the moving picture is getting the ball rolling . The question is … do you bring back Richard Dean Anderson as old MacGyver , or bring in a new , Christian Bale - type to reprise the part of makeshift appliance god ? [ Maker Faire on Giz ]
