Anyone who was a nestling once upon a time has in all probability dreamed about making their bicycles fly across the full moon like in E.T. Awesome photographerPhilipp Schmidliactually did that . He recreated the iconic E.T. movie poster by snapping an awe-inspiring picture of a biker ride off a ramp against the backcloth of a giant moon .
Schmidli used a Canon 1D X and a 800 m f/5.6L IS lense with a 2x teleconverter to lose it the snapshot . He was actually put really far from the pitcher’s mound where the bikers were locate . you could see where he took the shot and where the hill was located :
The three bikers only had three or four jump off the ramp before the moon got too high . So awesome that he was able to get the gross E.T. shot , complete with install bike basketball hoop and stuffed animal silhouette . you could read more about the processhere . [ Philip SchmidliviaPetaPixel ]
